Our transition will take place in phases. Beginning in 2026, individual states have begun operating under a Doing Business As (DBA) name of Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company of “State,” with the full corporate legal entity name change scheduled for Q1 2027. View market transition schedule
This phased approach allows us to carefully manage the transition across our operations, customers, suppliers, vendors and employees while continuing to deliver the service and support you expect from Southern Glazer’s.
Timing may vary by market. During this period, you may see updates to certain business materials, including invoices and other communications, while some existing Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits branding and information remains in place.
As states transition to the Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company name, some business materials and communications may begin reflecting our new name before others.
For example:
- Certain invoices may begin showing Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company “of State” as the business name in transitioned markets.
- Some facilities, vehicles, or other materials may be updated over time based on operational timing and availability.
- Our email addresses will remain @sgws.com until the corporate legal entity transition is completed in 2027.
- You may see both Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company referenced during this transition period.
