Beer 203: Principles of Beer and Food Pairing

In this seminar we will explore and experience the main principles of pairing beer with food. Beer has some unique qualities compared to other alcoholic beverages, so we will explore the impact of bitterness, carbonation, heat, richness, and sweetness on each other when combining beer with food. You will walk away with insights that can be applied to your own restaurant menu.

 This is a single session course lasting 2.5 hours. No prerequisites are required.

 

 Please note that sample food pairings may contain dairy/gluten/etc.
