NextGen Leadership Program

When I was applying to jobs, I didn’t really know what field I wanted to be in. I was looking for the ability to expose myself to different aspects of a business - supply chain, finance, etc. - so I could grow my business acumen, build by network, and learn more about myself. I learned about Southern Glazer’s cross-functional leadership development program, and it checked all my boxes. Through this program I can choose which areas I want to spend my rotation in, learn from those leaders, and develop skills in areas I wouldn't be able to elsewhere.

NextGen Rotational Programs

Interns outside of Southern Glazer's location

Rising seniors and recent college graduates are eligible for our NextGen Rotational Programs in Leadership, Information Technology, and Operations/Supply Chain. These programs are designed to develop the future leaders of our organization through impactful projects across the organization.
